About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design Creation: Develop engaging and innovative graphics for brochures, banners, advertisements, infographics, YouTube thumbnails, and LinkedIn posts.
2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual content.
4. Feedback Integration: Revise and refine designs based on feedback to achieve final approval.
5. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.

- Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Time Management: Ability to dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per day and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per quality and no. of edits).
