Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, and other marketing materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Collaborate with the content team to create visuals that complement published stories.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to KaroStartup's branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Assist in creating templates for recurring social media posts and other content needs.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva is a must.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
