As a Graphic Designer at Reshape, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Visual Identity Development:
-Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for Reshape across all platforms and marketing materials
2. Marketing Collateral Creation:
- Design and produce graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
3. Video Content Production:
- Assist in the creation of video content, including scriptwriting and on-camera appearances if needed.
- Create video content and develop motion graphics and animations to enhance it.
4. Digital Advertising:
- Ensure all designs are optimised for various devices and platforms.
5. Trend and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices within the health and wellness industry.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for visual differentiation and innovation.
6. Influencer Collaboration:
- Design custom graphics and visual content for influencer collaborations and partnerships
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or startup environment.
3. Video editing skills highly preferred.
4. Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
5. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools.
6. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
