About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Logo & Branding Design: Create unique and memorable logos, branding, and visual identities that align with the company's vision and values.
2. Brochure & Booklet Design: Design high-quality brochures, booklets, and other marketing collateral that effectively communicate key messages.
3. UI/UX Design: Develop user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
4. Social Media Graphics: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms to boost engagement and online presence.
5. Photo Editing & Retouching: Edit and enhance photos to fit the brand's aesthetic and requirements for digital or print media.
6. Creative Direction: Provide innovative design ideas and contribute to the overall creative direction of the team.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to execute design strategies and meet project goals.
8. Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the creation of modern, high-quality visuals.
9. Project Management: Handle multiple design projects with varying timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met with precision and on schedule.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, brochures, UI/UX designs, social media graphics and photo editing.

2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, etc.), Figma, Sketch or other relevant design tools.

3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.

4. Experience in web design and responsive design principles.

5. Knowledge of social media platforms and design best practices for each.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.

7. Excellent communication skills to understand and implement feedback effectively.

8. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (preferred).
