Guest Relationship Management Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Proactively connect with potential guests, such as influencers, celebrities, and entertainers, through Instagram, email, or other communication platforms.
2. Collaborate with talent management agencies to secure high-profile guests who align with The Lean Guy Show's brand and content.
3. Build a database of potential guests, keeping track of their relevance and audience reach.
4. Align guest availability with the production team's shoot schedule.
5. Ensure smooth coordination of shoot logistics, including timings, locations, and guest requirements.
6. Analyze the potential impact of each guest on video views and overall channel engagement.
7. Prioritize guests who can boost viewership and attract new audiences.
8. Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with guests and their representatives.
9. Regularly follow up to ensure clarity on expectations, show format, and participation requirements.
10. Brief guests on the show format, including any challenges or specific segments they will participate in.
11. Gather guest feedback post-shoot and ensure a positive experience to encourage future collaborations.
12. Work with the content team to align guest participation with trending topics or popular formats to maximize video performance.
13. Report and analyze guest performance.
14. Track the performance of videos featuring specific guests and provide insights into what drives audience engagement.
15. Use data to refine future guest selection strategies.
