Hosting Work From Home Internship

As a Hosting intern at Marpu Foundation, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in effective communication while gaining valuable experience in event planning and execution. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of various events, providing exceptional service to our guests and partners.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and organizing events, including scheduling, coordinating vendors, and managing logistics.
2. Communicate with guests and partners to gather event requirements and ensure their needs are met.
3. Coordinate event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, and other necessary preparations.
4. Serve as a point of contact during events, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
5. Assist in post-event evaluation and feedback collection to improve future events.
6. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for upcoming events.
7. Provide general administrative support to the Hosting team, including maintaining event databases and records.
8. Payment of 2k per event will be provided after successful event coordination and facilitation.
