HR Consultant Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Help onboard new employees by preparing documents, creating induction schedules, and ensuring a smooth orientation process.
Plan and execute initiatives to foster a positive work culture, including team-building activities or surveys.
Maintain employee records, update databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
Support the CEO in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures as required.
Assist in tracking and managing performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training needs.
Coordinate with the CEO on HR strategy meetings and provide follow-up action items.
Conduct research on HR trends and provide insights to align with the company's goals.
Act as a liaison to address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Handle day-to-day tasks such as correspondence, document filing, and maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
