Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR operations, including record-keeping and maintaining HR databases.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training, and development initiatives.
5. Assist in creating and managing social media posts for employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and company updates.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching content for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
