This internship offers a unique opportunity to serve as an HR representative for clients in the manufacturing and IT sectors. You will work closely with client HR teams and gain invaluable experience in recruitment processes. While technical knowledge of processes and machinery is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you for your responsibilities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with client HR teams to gather hiring requirements.
2. Source candidates and manage documentation according to client needs.
3. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
4. Build and manage your team.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 25 per lead generation).
