HR Consultant Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
2. Conducting initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
4. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings and scheduling interviews
5. Utilizing HRIS systems to track candidate data and monitor recruitment metrics
6. Providing support in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
7. Assisting in other HR projects and initiatives as needed
