About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
2. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
3. Coordinating employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture
4. Helping maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy
5. Assisting in drafting HR policies, documentation, and reports
6. Addressing employee queries and providing support for HR-related tasks
