Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
3. Help create job descriptions and post openings on various job boards
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates
5. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
6. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
