HR Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with drafting and posting job advertisements on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms
2. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions
3. Supporting the management of employee attendance records, leaves, and absences
4. Assisting in tracking employee working hours, overtime, and leave balances.
5. Helping organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, celebrations, or company wellness programs
6. Maintaining records of employee participation in training programs
7. Assisting with scheduling and organizing internal or external training sessions for employees
8. Helping to schedule and gather feedback during exit interviews for employees leaving the company
