HR Work From Home Internship

JD: HR Intern

Stipend: 5k
Duration: 3 months

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
4. Help with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
5. Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events.
6. Support HR team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
7. Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in HR and a desire to build a career in the field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
