HR Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition by posting job vacancies on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. Support in maintaining recruitment databases.
2. Organize and manage HR administration tasks, ensuring the filing of HR records in compliance with company and legal standards.
3. Research and assist in drafting new HR policies or updating existing ones to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
4. Contribute to HR projects by participating in ad-hoc initiatives and providing creative ideas to enhance HR processes.
