HR Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resume screening: Shortlist candidates from various job boards based on job descriptions and team needs.
2. Candidate outreach: Contact shortlisted candidates via phone, WhatsApp, or email to schedule interviews.
3. Qualification & assessment: Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, skill sets, and cultural fit.
4. Interview coordination: Schedule and follow up on interviews with hiring managers.
5. Onboarding support: Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all required documents and processes are completed.
6. Maintain candidate database: Keep track of all recruitment activities and update records regularly.
7. Assist in HR operations: Support HR team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
