HR Manager Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the employee onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
3. Help organize and implement training and development programs for employees
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
5. Participate in employee relations activities and provide support to resolve workplace conflicts
6. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives
7. Utilize MS Office applications to create reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents
