HR Management Intern (Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Interviewing, Coordination, Client communication, ATS and CRM Data Management, Training and Development)
As an HR Management Intern at PassionMojo, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, interviewing, and client management. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and has knowledge in recruitment, effective communication, advanced Excel, MS-Excel, anchoring, Canva, business analysis, business research, and Google Cloud Computing.
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the organization
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
4. Support client management initiatives and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
5. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze recruitment data and create reports
6. Conduct business research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition
7. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and improve efficiency in recruiting efforts

Conduct interviews to identify gaps and assess candidate suitability for the role. Coordinate the interview process, update the ATS, and maintain accurate data. Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per combination of kpis such as duration of internship, closures, team work, support, responsibilities).
