Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, calling candidates, and coordinating interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and helping them acclimate to company culture.
3. Assisting with training and development initiatives, including organizing training sessions.
4. Updating Excel sheets regularly.

1. Candidate should have access to a quiet place with no disturbances. They should have their own laptop or computer.
2. Candidate needs to be confident in making calls to employees for recruitment and should be able to explain the job role properly.
3. Discipline to do regular follow-ups, reminder calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication is necessary.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per recruitment).
1. This internship is a work-from-home/remote opportunity and will provide you with valuable skills and experience that will help jumpstart your career.
2. Working time will be 10 am to 6 pm with lunch and tea breaks.
