As a HR - Recruiter intern at our Native Engineering company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of talent acquisition. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as assisting with various HR tasks.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
2. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with candidates and facilitate the interview process
3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
4. Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy in MS-Office applications
5. Assist with onboarding processes and orientation for new hires
6. Develop and update job descriptions and postings to attract top talent
7. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members
