About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and screen candidates by diving into the talent pool to identify and evaluate candidates for various positions within our dynamic organization.
2. Create and post job advertisements, review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
3. Coordinate interviews by collaborating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
4. Aim to source and present at least 15-20 qualified candidates to complete your internship and earn certification.
