This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are serious about pursuing a career in HR and recruitment. The internship will offer extensive training, including on-the-job training during the first month (free). The position includes a performance-based component, where exceptional work can lead to a stipend increase or bonus, with potential earnings reaching up to 10,000 per month. However, this requires a high level of commitment, dedication, hard work, and smart work.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learning and implementing the end-to-end recruitment process, including searching for suitable candidates, screening, conducting HR interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
2. Sharing information with hiring companies, conducting interviews, and scheduling interviews.
3. Maintaining data and files properly, finding and adding vacancies to the database, and connecting with clients for business growth using LinkedIn and email.
