Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Aid in the creation and dissemination of job postings across various platforms, meticulously screen resumes to identify qualified candidates, and coordinate the scheduling of interviews to streamline the hiring process.
2. Regularly update and maintain comprehensive employee records within HR information systems, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
3. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by preparing essential documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and providing a welcoming introduction to the company culture.
4. Plan, organize, and actively participate in engaging employee activities and events designed to foster team spirit and enhance workplace morale.
