We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at ASOA, a dynamic contemporary architecture practice. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about architecture and design and interested in supporting the growth of creative talent. As an HR Intern, you will help build an organized and efficient HR system, assisting with talent acquisition and employee relations within our architecture and design team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & talent acquisition: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, assist in creating job postings for roles like junior architects and designers, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, manage the recruitment pipeline, and coordinate interview schedules with candidates.
2. HR system management: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with studio culture, maintain employee records, ensure HR databases are updated, and support the onboarding process to integrate new employees into the team.
3. Administrative support: Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed, help manage timesheets, and attendance records, and oversee leave management.
