About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
3. Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress
