Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing diverse talent, screening resumes, and assisting with interviews under recruitment
2. Welcoming new team members and ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running under onboarding
3. Supporting the HR associate with day-to-day inquiries and issues, keeping the crew happy and productive under employee relations
4. Maintaining employee records and processing paperwork digitally, acting as the wizard behind the scenes under admin magic
5. Diving into training initiatives and workshops and helping create awesome employee engagement programs under learning and development
