Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews efficiently
2. Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other development programs proactively
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures consistently
4. Assist in conducting employee orientation and onboarding activities smoothly
5. Help with performance management processes including performance appraisals and feedback sessions regularly
6. Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively
7. Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed promptly
