About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Work on outreach to various education institutes for interns and freshers hiring.
3. Assist with the recruitment process, including creating and posting job openings on various portals, making the list, sharing assignments, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in interviews with the HR team.
5. Assist with the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
6. Manage employee records, attendance sheet, and data entry.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
