Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute recruiting plans
2. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
3. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
4. Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
5. Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
6. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
7. Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
9. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
10. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
11. Screening
