About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment and selection process to identify suitable candidates
2. Supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and exiting employees
3. Fostering employee engagement through various activities and initiatives
4. Managing HR operations and maintaining accurate documentation
5. Helping ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
6. Assisting in implementing new HR initiatives as directed by the HR Manager
