About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment Assistance
Job Postings: Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates.

2. Employee Onboarding
Orientation: Assist with preparing materials for new employee orientation.
Documentation: Help ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and documentation.

3. Employee Relations
Support: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns under the supervision of HR staff.
Event Planning: Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

4. Training and Development
Materials Preparation: Prepare training materials and resources.
Session Support: Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
