Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and maintain our Internshala account, overseeing daily operations to ensure it is up-to-date
2. Create and publish detailed internship and job listings to attract qualified candidates
3. Conduct initial screenings and review applications to shortlist suitable profiles
4. Communicate with potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely follow-ups
5. Identify and shortlist promising candidates, sharing their profiles with the relevant team members for further consideration
6. Ensure that candidates complete and submit any required assignments promptly, following up as necessary
