Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with HR professionals, particularly in start-up companies, and build relationships
2. Maintain continuous follow-up with HR representatives and start-up founders to understand their needs and concerns, fostering ongoing relationships
3. Establish and sustain excellent rapport through both verbal and written communication, becoming the trusted point of contact for clients
4. Engage in B2B sales, preferably with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this domain
5. Work on staying informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable information to the clients

Requirements:

1. Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
2. Be self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently
3. Demonstrate street-smartness and the ability to forge meaningful connections within the HR and start-up communities
4. Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (in-office and remote)
