1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Help with organizing HR-related events such as training sessions.
5. Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
