As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to support various initiatives and projects aimed at improving our organization's talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
3. Help with employee relations initiatives and internal communication efforts.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.
5. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Support with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files and databases.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
