About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resume screening: Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for various positions.
2. Candidate sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
3. Initial outreach: Conduct initial outreach and preliminary phone screenings to gauge candidate interest and fit.
4. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Documentation: Maintain and update candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
