Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the Talent Operations team to streamline the candidate screening process.
2. Conduct a targeted range of 60-70 phone screenings daily, adhering to established recruitment procedures.
3. Regularly update and maintain the candidate database, generating insightful reports as needed.
4. Ensure the timely delivery of profiles featuring high-quality candidates within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
5. Methodically evaluate job applicants against the shared job description criteria.
