Cidroy Technologies is looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, Documentation, Administrative tasks, and Policy Formulation, among other HR functions. This is a remote, paid internship, perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a growing tech company.

Responsibilities:
Assist in Talent Acquisition - sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Support Employee Onboarding and maintain HR documentation
Handle administrative HR tasks and database management
Contribute to policy formulation and implementation
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations

Requirements:
Prior HR internship experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setup
Interest in HR operations and policy development

Duration: Flexible, with potential for extension
Stipend: 5,000-7,000 per month
