Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Connecting with the campus for recruitment.
2.Taking interviews and screening the candidates.
3.Coordinate for day to day's HR functions.
4.Create a policy-related, process-related FAQ.
5.Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
