Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
2. Supporting HR operations by maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Conducting data analysis and generating reports using MS Excel and HR analytics tools.
5. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
6. Providing support in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews.
7. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
