Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop detailed and engaging job postings that accurately represent positions and attract qualified candidates
2. Review resumes thoroughly to identify top talent and efficiently manage interview scheduling
3. Conduct 40 to 50 outreach calls daily to coordinate interviews, ensuring clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
5. Enhance the onboarding process by creating comprehensive documentation and organizing meaningful orientation activities
6. Plan and facilitate interactive team-building events to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement
7. Provide prompt and knowledgeable support to employee inquiries on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive employee experience
