As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Coding Junior, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team with various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Assisting with employee relations activities, including organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries.
4. Maintaining HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and training programs.
6. Assisting with HR analytics and reporting by collecting and analyzing data using MS-Excel.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
