As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Coding Junior, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. Your proficiency in English (spoken and written) as well as your strong skills in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will be essential in helping you succeed in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
3. Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
4. Supporting the HR team in organizing training sessions and workshops.
5. Assisting with employee relations issues and helping to resolve conflicts.
6. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
