As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Coding Junior, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Your proficiency in English, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates, employees, and other team members. Your skills in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will also come in handy as you assist with various HR tasks and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions
3. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Assisting with benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
5. Conducting research on HR best practices and assisting with HR projects
6. Providing support to the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects
7. Assisting with employee relations issues and participating in HR meetings and trainings
