Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Draft and edit job postings, offer letters, and other HR-related documents with exceptional attention to detail.
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing training sessions and employee events.
5. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
6. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports for management review.
7. Take initiative to learn and grow within the HR field, contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to drive organizational success.
