About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Executing the process of recruitment (sourcing and shortlisting)
2. Conducting telephonic interviews and orientation programs
3. Onboarding and training new hires under you and maintaining HR database
4. Motivating and achieving the given projection
5. Updating day-to-day information about candidates who are violating the company policy
6. Using social networks to showcase our company culture and build a strong engagement and employer brand
7. Making sure the hired candidates enroll in our training courses in their respective domain
