We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic team at Dyrect. This is a remote opportunity that offers valuable experience in human resources and exposure to various HR functions. You will support our HR team in various tasks, helping to streamline processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
3. Help maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
4. Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing HR policies.
5. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support team-building activities.
6. Assist with general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a focus on human resources.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to the HR team.
