Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting excellent staff
2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
3. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff
4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
5. Working on carrying out necessary administrative duties
6. Conducting performance and wage reviews
7. Working on enforcing policies and ensuring policy awareness
8. Creating clear and concise reports
9. Working on giving helpful and engaging presentations
10. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
11. Handling workplace investigations and disciplinary & termination procedures
12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
