1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) CRM, CMS, and Google Workspace tools
6. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Experience in recruitment or quality assurance (preferred but not mandatory)
8. Access to a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection for remote work
9. Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
10. Basic understanding of talent acquisition and recruiting processes
11. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
12. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
