About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with talent acquisition processes such as job postings and candidate screening
2. Support the HR team with recruiting efforts and scheduling interviews
3. Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases with accuracy
4. Participate in employee relations activities and assist with change management initiatives
5. Collaborate on HR projects related to training, onboarding, and policy development
6. Review and monitor the work of interns across various departments to ensure quality and adherence to guidelines
7. Provide constructive feedback to interns, helping them improve their performance
8. Collaborate with team leads to identify areas of improvement in team deliverables
9. Assist in creating and implementing quality standards for intern projects and tasks
10. Maintain records of intern progress and performance for periodic reviews

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) CRM, CMS, and Google Workspace tools

6. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Experience in recruitment or quality assurance (preferred but not mandatory)

8. Access to a laptop/computer and a stable internet connection for remote work

9. Familiarity with HR systems is a plus

10. Basic understanding of talent acquisition and recruiting processes

11. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

12. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
