Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Team Building:
1. Recruit and onboard interns for various roles, ensuring alignment with Emplozera's goals.
2. Build and nurture a motivated team to drive growth.

Team Coordination and Management:
1. Organize team activities to ensure collaboration and productivity.
2. Address intern concerns and foster a positive work culture.
3. Implement policies to maintain morale and motivation.

Strategic Business Development Support:
1. Support leadership in identifying growth opportunities.
2. Contribute to team structuring and intern-driven B2C and B2B initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
1. Monitor intern performance and provide feedback.
2. Maintain records and prepare reports to optimize team efficiency.
